Troy Chandler, PA-C – Biography
Troy Chandler is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with 18 years experience specializing in Orthopedics. Troy is a native Texan, and lives in Decatur with his beautiful wife Michelle and three wonderful children Olivia, Eben and Isabella.
In 1998 Troy graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry. He later attended the University of North Texas Health Science center in Fort Worth and graduated in 2004 with a Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. After graduation in 2004, Troy began his career in a busy Orthopedic practice in Decatur, Texas taking care of patients from Wise and all of its surrounding counties. Troy continues to care for his community now working with Dr. Gill and The Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute. Troy is a skilled assistant in orthopedic surgery with extensive training in joint replacement, sports medicine, trauma, fracture care, diagnosis and treatment of Orthopedic conditions, and all forms of orthopedic injections.
In his free time Troy enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing, and hiking. He loves fitness and can usually be found after work lifting weights with his wife at the gym.
